Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Pour into the egg and sugar blend and whisk in the bourbon.
- Fold the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the mixture. Pour batter into prepared pan.
