Preparation Steps

  3. Heat tortillas in a cast-iron skillet, turning occasionally, until golden and pliable.
  4. In the same non-stick pan, lightly fry the eggs until the whites are set and yolks are at your desired doneness.
  5. Spread warmed beans over the tortillas, then top with a fried egg, generous salsa, and any additional toppings.
