Method
 

How to Make Rose Syrup
  1. Rinse rose petals thoroughly under cool water to remove any dirt and impurities.
  2. Combine rose petals, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Stir well to mix everything evenly.
  3. Simmer the mixture over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add lemon juice to the pot and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Strain the syrup by pouring it through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean jar.
  6. Cool the syrup completely before sealing it in an airtight container.
