How to Make Rose Syrup
- Rinse rose petals thoroughly under cool water to remove any dirt and impurities.
- Combine rose petals, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Stir well to mix everything evenly.
- Simmer the mixture over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add lemon juice to the pot and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the syrup by pouring it through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean jar.
- Cool the syrup completely before sealing it in an airtight container.
