  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Sesame Variation
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Equipment

  • Large Bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Knife or pizza cutter

Method

Making the Crackers
  1. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Slowly mix in olive oil and water until a smooth, cohesive dough forms.
  2. Separate the dough into four equal portions.
  3. Carefully mix in the respective flavorings into each dough portion: 1 tsp dried rosemary for the rosemary version, 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese for the cheese flavor, 1 tsp garlic powder for the garlic crackers, and 2 tbsp sesame seeds for the sesame variety.
  4. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion of dough thinly, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the rolled dough into desired shapes, leaving space between each for even baking.
  7. Place the crackers in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once baked, remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
  9. Enjoy them fresh with dips or on their own. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
