Making the Crackers
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Slowly mix in olive oil and water until a smooth, cohesive dough forms.
- Separate the dough into four equal portions.
- Carefully mix in the respective flavorings into each dough portion: 1 tsp dried rosemary for the rosemary version, 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese for the cheese flavor, 1 tsp garlic powder for the garlic crackers, and 2 tbsp sesame seeds for the sesame variety.
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion of dough thinly, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
- Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the rolled dough into desired shapes, leaving space between each for even baking.
- Place the crackers in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once baked, remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
- Enjoy them fresh with dips or on their own. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
