- Sprinkle in salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes, stirring to combine.
- Lower the heat and mix in the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cheese slices, stirring until melted.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni and reserved pasta water, mixing until fully coated. Adjust consistency if needed.
