- Combine Ingredients: Pour in chicken stock, green enchilada sauce, and beer. Add cilantro, jalapenos, and diced Hatch chiles, then return the browned pork. Stir to combine.
- Simmer: Cook over medium-low heat for at least 1 hour, ideally 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
