How to Make
  1. In a 4-6 quart crockpot, combine three cups of chicken broth, the frozen Mrs. T’s cheddar pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing everything well.
  2. Set your crockpot to high and let it cook for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6 hours, until the pierogies are tender.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, warm the block of cream cheese gently with the remaining chicken broth until smooth, whisking until you achieve a creamy texture.
  4. Stir this creamy mixture into the crockpot, topping with a sprinkle of additional cheddar cheese. Cover and let it cook on low for another 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, and consider garnishing with sliced green onions.
