Making the Grapes
- Cover a large baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place the cleaned green grapes in a large bowl and pour in the juice from two fresh limes. Stir gently to coat the grapes evenly.
- Let the grape and lime mixture sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix the Monk Fruit sweetener and optional citric acid to create a sweet coating for the grapes.
- Take the chilled grapes from the fridge and roll each one in the Monk Fruit mixture.
- Place the coated grapes on parchment paper in a single layer and freeze for 2 to 3 hours until solid.
