How to Make Banana Oatmeal Muffins
- Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Muffin Tin by lining it with muffin liners or greasing.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, applesauce, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
