How to Make Grilled Pineapple with Cinnamon Sugar
- Preheat your grill to medium or medium-high heat (350°F to 450°F) and lightly coat the grates with cooking spray.
- Slice off the top and bottom of the pineapple, trim the skin, and cut into spears, leaving the core intact.
- Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the pineapple spears.
- Grill the pineapple spears for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and caramelized.
