Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine warm water, yeast, honey, and olive oil in a bowl. Let it sit until foamy, about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix in flour and salt until a sticky dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours.
  4. Prepare chili garlic oil by sautéing minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes in olive oil.
  5. Preheat your grill to 450°F to 500°F and prep toppings.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a floured pizza peel.
  7. Spread chili garlic oil over the dough, layer with cheese, corn, and peach slices.
  8. Grill the pizza for 5-8 minutes until the crust is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Serve hot, topped with microgreens or basil, and drizzle with more chili garlic oil.
