Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is nicely charred.
  2. Toss broccoli florets in olive oil and lemon juice, seasoning with salt. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, until they are crisp-tender and vibrant green.
  3. Prepare your chosen grain, following the package instructions, typically about 15-20 minutes for rice or quinoa. Fluff them up with a fork and keep warm.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  5. In serving bowls, layer a base of grains, add sliced grilled chicken on top, and pile on the roasted broccoli. Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with your choice of herbs.
