- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Pat the white fish dry and cut it into 1-inch sticks.
- In a shallow bowl, mix crushed pork rinds, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, dill, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and water until smooth.
- Dip each fish stick into the mayo mixture, then roll them in the pork rind mixture.
- Place the coated fish sticks in the air fryer basket or on a greased baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the fish sticks with avocado oil and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the fish sticks and cook for another 5-6 minutes until crispy.
- Remove and serve immediately for the best texture.
