Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Pat the white fish dry and cut it into 1-inch sticks.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix crushed pork rinds, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, dill, and black pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and water until smooth.
  5. Dip each fish stick into the mayo mixture, then roll them in the pork rind mixture.
  6. Place the coated fish sticks in the air fryer basket or on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Lightly spray the fish sticks with avocado oil and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Flip the fish sticks and cook for another 5-6 minutes until crispy.
  9. Remove and serve immediately for the best texture.
