Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
  2. Place one sheet of phyllo in the dish, brushing it with melted butter. Repeat with 6 more sheets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the layered phyllo and top with a final sheet of phyllo brushed with butter. Score the top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and the filling is set. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Drizzle warm honey over the top and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds just before serving.
