Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
- Place one sheet of phyllo in the dish, brushing it with melted butter. Repeat with 6 more sheets.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the layered phyllo and top with a final sheet of phyllo brushed with butter. Score the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and the filling is set. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle warm honey over the top and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds just before serving.
