Preparation Steps

  5. Gently punch down the dough and divide into muffin-sized portions.
  6. Shape into balls and place them in a greased muffin tin.
  7. Allow to rest for 20-30 minutes, covered, before baking.
  8. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
