How to Make Goat Cheese and Honey Pizza
  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add warm water, stirring to form a dough. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise covered in a warm spot for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  2. Shape the Dough: Once the dough has risen, punch it down gently to release air. Roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness, creating a lovely pizza base.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to preheat at 220°C (428°F), ensuring it’s nice and hot for that perfect crust.
  4. Assemble the Toppings: Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking tray or pizza stone. Brush it generously with olive oil. Add slices of goat cheese, a drizzle of honey, and sprinkle rosemary and cherry tomatoes evenly over the pizza.
  5. Bake the Pizza: Place your pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  6. Finish and Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven, allow it to cool for a couple of minutes, and then garnish with fresh arugula before slicing and serving.
