How to Make Gluten Free Glazed Air Fryer Donuts
  1. Combine warm milk with sugar and sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it foams.
  2. Mix in the egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt. Stir until soft dough forms.
  4. Cover bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm area for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface and roll to ½ inch thick. Cut out donut shapes.
  6. Place cut donuts on floured surface and let rise again for about 15 minutes.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  8. Lightly brush tops of donuts with melted butter or oil.
  9. Air fry donuts for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fluffy, flipping halfway through.
