How to Make Garlic Parmesan Fries
- Preheat Oven: Start by setting your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Potatoes: Rinse, scrub, and dry the russet potatoes. Then cut them into matchstick slices, around ¼ to ½ inch thick.
- Coat Potatoes: Toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Bake Fries: Spread the coated fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway and adding more Parmesan.
- Make Garlic Butter: In the last 5 minutes of baking, melt butter in a skillet and sauté the minced garlic until golden brown.
- Finish & Serve: Once the fries are golden brown, drizzle with garlic butter, toss in remaining Parmesan, salt, and sprinkle fresh parsley. Serve hot.
