- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper while cooking until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and add minced garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant. Let it cool slightly.
- Combine the beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
- Spoon a generous scoop of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each square.
- Gather the edges of the dough, pinch to seal, and roll into smooth balls.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
