  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese can substitute with mozzarella, pepper jack, or Swiss
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
Dough
  • 1 lb Biscuit or Pizza Dough homemade for a better texture
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
Topping
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (optional) for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper while cooking until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and add minced garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Combine the beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  4. Spoon a generous scoop of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each square.
  5. Gather the edges of the dough, pinch to seal, and roll into smooth balls.
  6. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
  7. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving; enjoy warm.
