Preparation Steps
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix in minced garlic and shredded cheddar cheese once slightly cooled.
  2. Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square, seal the edges, and form into balls.
  4. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Brush over each bomb and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Arrange bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the bombs cool slightly and serve warm with condiments like ketchup or garlic aioli.
