For the Garlic Herb Butter
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Herb Butter Brush on rolls before serving

Method
 

Making the Rolls
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine the activated yeast mixture, sugar, eggs, melted butter, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually add bread flour until smooth.
  3. Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until elastic. Incorporate herbs during this stage.
  4. Shape into a ball and let rise in an oiled bowl, covered, until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down, divide into 12 pieces, shape into balls, and place in a greased 9x13 pan.
  6. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1-1.5 hours, preheat oven to 350°F.
  7. Mix garlic herb butter ingredients, brush over risen rolls.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with more butter after baking.
