  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish, can substitute with chives or omit

How to Make Garlic Butter Roasted Sweet Potatoes
  1. Preheat the Oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare Sweet Potatoes by peeling and cutting them into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  3. Make Garlic Butter by melting unsalted butter over low heat and adding minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Combine Ingredients in a large mixing bowl, tossing sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika (if using), and warm garlic butter.
  5. Prepare Baking Sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
  6. Spread Sweet Potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  8. Check for Doneness; they should be fork-tender and golden-brown.
  9. Finish with Flavors by sprinkling fresh rosemary over the hot sweet potatoes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
