Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.

- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the pork reaches 140°F.
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chives in a bowl to make garlic butter.
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes, then slice and top with garlic butter.
