How to Make Garlic and Roasted Bell Pepper Farfalle
- Preheat your broiler to high heat.
- Cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds. Broil skin-side up for 5-8 minutes until charred.
- In a large pot, boil salted water and cook farfalle pasta according to package directions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then stir in Parmesan and gradually add milk or cream.
- Combine cooked pasta with garlic sauce and half of the roasted peppers. Toss gently to coat.
- Plate pasta, top with remaining roasted peppers, and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
