How to Make Garlic and Roasted Bell Pepper Farfalle
  1. Preheat your broiler to high heat.
  2. Cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds. Broil skin-side up for 5-8 minutes until charred.
  3. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook farfalle pasta according to package directions.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter, add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then stir in Parmesan and gradually add milk or cream.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with garlic sauce and half of the roasted peppers. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Plate pasta, top with remaining roasted peppers, and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
