How to Make Flourless Banana Bread Bars
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Blend ripe bananas, almond butter, oats, almond flour, honey, and egg together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Bake the bars for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the bars completely after removing from the oven before cutting into bars.
- Optionally, drizzle melted chocolate on top for an extra delicious finish.
