Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 ¼ cups vegetable broth or chicken broth for a heartier flavor
  • 6 oz ramen noodles flavor packet discarded
For the Mixture
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 oz frozen stir fry vegetables
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
For Serving
  • sweet chili sauce for drizzling

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Break the ramen into small chunks and place them in the bottom of the instant pot insert.
  2. Add the minced garlic, then pour over the vegetable broth and soy sauce. Stir the ramen noodles around.
  3. Layer the frozen stir fry vegetables over the top of the ramen.
  4. Seal the instant pot lid and set it to sealing. Turn the instant pot to high pressure for 1 minute.
  5. Release the pressure quickly after the countdown ends.
  6. Stir the ramen noodles into the vegetables once the pin drops and the lid is removed. Add in the sesame oil.
  7. Serve your stir fry topped with sweet chili sauce to taste.
