Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon skin-on or skinless
  • 8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese can substitute with goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning adjust to taste
For the Vegetables
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes halved or quartered
  • 2 cups Fresh Green Beans/Broccoli/Asparagus choose based on preference
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly cracked preferred

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the salmon in the center of the sheet pan and pat it dry with a paper towel.
  3. Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly on top of the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning generously over the cream cheese.
  5. Place the halved baby potatoes and your choice of fresh vegetables around the salmon.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil on the potatoes and vegetables while seasoning them lightly with sea salt and black pepper.
  7. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, checking for doneness.
