Making the Cookies
- Begin by creaming the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the espresso powder and vanilla extract, ensuring the flavors are well combined.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms, about 1-2 minutes.

- Place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
