How to Make Electrolyte Protein Gummies
  1. In a bowl, combine the cold fruit juice with the beef gelatin and let it sit for about 5 minutes to help the gelatin fully bloom and thicken.
  2. In a small pan, warm the remaining fruit juice with the honey over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it simmers, then remove from heat.
  3. Pour the bloomed gelatin mixture into the hot juice and whisk gently using a fork until smooth.
  4. Allow the mixture to rest for a couple of minutes to dissipate any bubbles.
  5. Carefully distribute the mixture into gummy bear molds or pour it into a container.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to fully set and harden.
  7. Once set, gently pop the gummies out of the molds or cut them into bite-sized pieces.
