How to Make Electrolyte Protein Gummies
- In a bowl, combine the cold fruit juice with the beef gelatin and let it sit for about 5 minutes to help the gelatin fully bloom and thicken.
- In a small pan, warm the remaining fruit juice with the honey over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it simmers, then remove from heat.
- Pour the bloomed gelatin mixture into the hot juice and whisk gently using a fork until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to rest for a couple of minutes to dissipate any bubbles.
- Carefully distribute the mixture into gummy bear molds or pour it into a container.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to fully set and harden.
- Once set, gently pop the gummies out of the molds or cut them into bite-sized pieces.
