  • 2 cans Canned Tuna opt for light chunk tuna
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese whole milk recommended
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
  • 2 large Eggs hard-boiled
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise avocado oil mayo is a healthy alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard adds tang
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste use tube for easy dispensing
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder can substitute with fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika smoked or sweet varieties
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil Eggs: Cook large eggs in boiling water for about 9 minutes until hard-boiled. Cool in icy water, peel, and set aside.
  2. Prep Vegetables: Finely chop the red bell pepper, slice the green onions, and chop fresh dill.
  3. Drain Tuna: Open canned tuna and drain excess liquid in a sieve.
  4. Grate Eggs: Grate the hard-boiled eggs into a medium mixing bowl.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Add cottage cheese, bell pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, tomato paste, dill, green onions, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to the bowl.
  6. Mix: Use a fork to blend all ingredients into a paste-like spread. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Storage Note: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
