How to Make Easy Lemon Butter Linguine
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil, adding a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the linguine to the boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until frothy.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for a minute.
  6. Drain the linguine (reserve some pasta water) and add it to the skillet with the sauce, tossing to coat.
