How to Make Dill Pickle Parmesan Chicken
- Marinate the chicken in dill pickle juice for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and dill.
- Dredge the marinated chicken: pat dry, coat in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the creamy sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped pickles, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
- Drizzle the sauce over the hot chicken and garnish with additional pickles and dill. Serve immediately.
