Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the mustard mixture and toss well.
  4. Spread the flavored cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh dill.
