Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the mustard mixture and toss well.
- Spread the flavored cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh dill.
