  1. Start by washing and drying the apples and strawberries. Remove any cores and stems, then chop the fruits into 1-inch pieces for even cooking.

  3. Secure the lid, close the vent, and set to cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  4. Carefully perform a quick release of steam.
  5. After removing the lid, stir in brown sugar if desired.
  6. Blend until you reach your desired consistency if you prefer a smoother applesauce.
