- Roast the hazelnuts for 6-8 minutes until browned and fragrant. Cool and rub to remove skins.
- Blend the cooled hazelnuts in a high-speed blender until creamy, about 20 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Incorporate milk or oil for creaminess and blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
- Optional: Drizzle with cocoa powder for decoration before sealing.
