For Finish
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk or Oil Use almond milk or coconut oil.

How to Make Homemade Nutella
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Roast the hazelnuts for 6-8 minutes until browned and fragrant. Cool and rub to remove skins.
  3. Blend the cooled hazelnuts in a high-speed blender until creamy, about 20 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  5. Incorporate milk or oil for creaminess and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
  7. Optional: Drizzle with cocoa powder for decoration before sealing.
