- Prepare the Puff Pastry: Allow the gluten-free puff pastry to sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Sugar: Generously dust a clean surface with granulated sugar.
- Roll the Pastry: Stretch the pastry into a rectangle about ⅛ inch thick.
- Fold the Pastry: Mark the center and fold each side halfway to meet in the middle.
- Chill the Dough: Wrap the folded pastry in plastic and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice and Coat: Unwrap and slice the pastry into ½-inch thick pieces and coat in sugar.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
