How to Make Tofu Cream Cheese
- Remove the tofu from its packaging and pat it dry. Allow it to come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Break the tofu into large chunks and add it to a food processor. Include lemon juice, melted coconut oil, nutritional yeast, and salt. Process until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add any optional flavor add-ins and blend again.
- Transfer the mixture to a covered container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
