Method
 

How to Make Tofu Cream Cheese
  1. Remove the tofu from its packaging and pat it dry. Allow it to come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Break the tofu into large chunks and add it to a food processor. Include lemon juice, melted coconut oil, nutritional yeast, and salt. Process until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add any optional flavor add-ins and blend again.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a covered container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
