- Prepare the Pan: Start by lining a 5 x 9 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or greasing it with non-stick spray. Preheat your oven to 375°F while you gather your ingredients.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together spelt flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, cardamom, and sea salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined and smooth.
