Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Grab your blender and combine the eggs, ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, around 30 seconds.
  3. Place your silicone molds in a baking pan or on a sheet pan.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Pour hot water into the baking pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the molds.
  6. Carefully place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes.
  7. Once baked, allow the bites to cool for a few minutes. Gently remove them from the molds.
