How to Make Puppy Chow Bars
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
- In a separate medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add mini marshmallows, stirring to coat them well. Microwave again in 30-second intervals until marshmallows puff and melt.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and stir gently to coat every piece.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and press firmly. Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Once chilled, lightly dust the bars with confectioners' sugar, cut into squares, and serve.
