Preparation
- Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil or bake sweet potatoes until tender, then mash until creamy.
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
- Spread sweet potato mixture in a greased baking dish and top with pecan mixture.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
