How to Make Pickle Dip Pinwheels
- Dice the ham and pickles into smaller pieces and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese in a medium-sized bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the diced ham and pickles until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly among the tortillas, leaving about 1/2" on the side. Roll them up tightly.
- Chill on a plate, wrap in Saran Wrap, and refrigerate for about one hour.
- Slice into about 1" rounds after removing from the refrigerator. Arrange them on a platter.
