- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir until fully blended and creamy.
- Gently fold in rolled oats to the mixture until well combined.
- Press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into silicon molds.
- Add a dollop of peanut butter on top for extra flavor if desired.
- Freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate on top of each oat cup and freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove cups from molds and sprinkle with flakey sea salt before serving.
