For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Use vegan chocolate chips to keep it dairy-free.

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir until fully blended and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in rolled oats to the mixture until well combined.
  3. Press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into silicon molds.
  4. Add a dollop of peanut butter on top for extra flavor if desired.
  5. Freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Pour melted chocolate on top of each oat cup and freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Remove cups from molds and sprinkle with flakey sea salt before serving.
