How to Make Keto Lemon Bread
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease or line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix in a large mixing bowl the almond flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the yogurt (or coconut cream), lemon juice, eggs (or flax eggs), and lemon zest. Mix until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until the bread is golden and firm to the touch.
- Cool the bread completely in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
