How to Make Honey Beer Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and take a moment to lightly spray the sides of a 9x5" loaf pan.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined, then pour in the beer and honey, mixing until no flour streaks remain.
- Prepare the loaf pan by adding half of the melted butter to the bottom. Tilt the pan gently to coat the surface evenly.
- Transfer the batter to the pan, spreading it out evenly. Pour the remaining melted butter over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 5-7 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
