Method
 

Instructions

  4. Pipe out small dime-sized circles onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until the puffs rise and turn golden.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the puffs sit inside for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  7. Cool the puffs and store them in an airtight container.
