Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until fully blended and airy.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the dish for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
