Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the crust ingredients: Combine almond flour, tapioca starch, baking soda, and sea salt in a bowl.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup to the dry mixture, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into the lined baking dish, ensuring a flat and even crust.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing strawberries, lemon juice, and lemon zest in another bowl.
  6. Pour the strawberry mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling bubbles and the crust is golden.
  8. Cool the bars in the baking dish on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
