Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, warm the sesame oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper to the skillet. Sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced green onions. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix in soy sauce and ground ginger. Stir well to coat all ingredients.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  6. Spoon the mixture into bowls and serve immediately, garnished with optional toppings if desired.
