Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the fresh greens thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Core and slice the apples.
  3. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate to reveal the seeds.
Making the Dressing
  1. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil until well blended.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Combine Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss the greens, sliced apples, pomegranate seeds, and nuts together.
